It appears to me that when the host send you a message to sub "accept or decline" that means you have first choice,however 4 times I have been asked and only once has the seat been open when I tried to sit.Just this morning host prompted me to sub on two different occasions,but seat already taken.My point is ,if you have installed this rule,then enforce it by asking the player who instantly jumped into the vacant seat as soon as the player posted they needed a sub by asking player to stand.Right now,it appears to be old sub format,the quickest to sit plays.I am not blaming any of the hosts,they are busy and need to keep the games moving,but the rule need to be enforced.

The way it works Hunter is..
Players who want to sub check on the " I will sub" box. Than when hosts asks for a sub those players that checked the box will get a message. ( And that could be 1 player, 3 players or maybe even 10 players )
The first player to hit accept is the first to be seated.

You have to be really quick in hitting that accept button.

If a player sits to sub before the hosts sends out the " I need a sub" request, than yes that player should be made to stand. And I believe that is how it works with all hosts now.

I must also ad to that if a player sits prior to the sub message then no one will get an invite.. that player should then be asked to stand..

However the host may be very busy and not notice... so give them a break.. we are all doing our best...
