You are gone
…now residing with the angels above
your smiling face
…gentle laugh
are back where they belong.

Heaven opened up the pearly gates
to welcome you home with loving arms
…to gaze forever down to earth.

Upon my death
I will see you again
at Heaven’s gate
where you and I
will be reacquainted.

For now, I have my memories
to cherish and love
in my heart
until we meet again.
