We have added to our Room 5 Tables with Bots and Spawns .... They are Lettered A,B,C,D,E ( they show 51 - 55 next to name when seated ).. These tables are here so we can build this room with all the new players mostly entering from FB


Identifying New Players
HELPER"S have New Player Alerts added to their Player Name , Alerts are identical to a Private Message instead of a the players name it says Alertmachine .
Anyone that would like to help with this is more then welcome Any Hosts that do not have alerts on player names .. let Jazzy, Doc or Bango know
Any players that would like to help let us no also

When a New Player enters Euchre for the 1st time they will see Tables A - E only, you will hear pm sound.
Sit on Table A - E and ask that Player to sit ..
Make sure you sit in the Setters Seat and set game to 5 pts.
Once they complete a game ( 5 pts is quickest ) then rest of the tables will open up

Explain the following:

How to set table and what seat sets table
How to post wins in Lobby
How to change Table Avatar & Font etc
How the Tourneys are played ( new game top of each hour, play next rd if you win
How to change Nickname ( face book people see at top of lobby there is option to change

TIPS for Morning Hosts

In the morning we have less players so here are somethings we can do to keep things rolling ..
Based on amount of players wanting to play.


Start your Tourney,
If you get full tables before the top of the hour you can start early if you want to and stay open longer if players keep sitting, as they come in , or with 2nd chances.
Once you get a set amount of tables and you close the main Tourney you can open 2 more tables for some go when full , that way we are always open ...
if you get 1 full table you can try to put 2 more on the 2nd table to play those winners if it dont fill and they finish be4 you get 2 or 4 more players , then just announce them as winners..
If you running close to the top of the hour you can always make 2 set of winners on the main tourney
You will be done in an hour and next host can start fresh
