Marshall Stax.. passed from us on September 12,2007 at the far too young age of 49..
Stax was a friend to many and an annoyance to many too but always in fun.
He will be sadly missed around the net.
My heart felt wishes of strength for his family and many friends

So sorry to hear about the tragic news of MarshallStax. I didn't know him well but always seemed a really nice guy. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

my deepest reguards to marshell family and friends...didnt know him personally but he was always in my tours and always a wonderful person..rest in peace dan you will be deeply missed god bless

Well didnt know Dan real well but ill tell ya what the guy knew music, i thought i knew alot i was wrong he was full of music knowledge. And I miss talking it with him all ready
