Hi Scot ... at the beginning we were going to extend the COC to all the finalists of Dream team... but in fairness .... we were only taking winners of TOC's and not runners up or 3rd n 4th place....

And therefore we only took winners of the Dream Teams as well as the 2 group leading teams in both Dream Team 10 and 11...

So its my fault and im sorry you couldnt be included....
