right click on picture...then select edit from choices
on top click on image...then select stretch/skew from choices
then select say 60 % for both horizontal and vertical
Click file...then save as
rename it differently or youll lose large version
now try adding it here again using smaller pic...remember you must type at least something in message body...at least a period or comma,
