Internet Love



A man sits at his computer,

For a love he hopes to find,

She doesn't have to be a super model,

Just a girl that's nice and kind.



Then one day he finds her

Talking hours upon end,

With lovely chats and dreams,

And poety he does send.



They make plans for the future

Of life and kids and stuff,

And sometimes it gets sexy,

And sometimes just plain rough.



Their love grows and grows,

He's found the love of his life,

Then all hopes are shattered,

When he gets caught by his wife.

Loved it! It's so true too. Then again, there are lots of women out there who do the same "so many men, so little time"

There are lots of lonely women
And he is really on the take.

It takes just a few moments
To find a hurting soul
His words will soon engulf her
And then he has control

With promises of joy and love
His words now sink deep within
But something unexpected
Could he be in love again?

Phone calls and heavy chatrooms
He believes this is the one
They finally meet face to face,
And she says, "What a bum!"

So the moral of my story
Is not difficult to see
You got to look them in the eye
Or it's all a big fantasy.
